What we store

Your email, first name, membership level, favourites, and — only if you choose to share them — your wellbeing preferences, dietary preferences and allergies, daily check-ins, journal entries, reflections and programme progress. We don't ask for medical information.

Relationship with food

Answers about your relationship with food are not saved unless you give separate, explicit consent. If saved, they're private to you, used only to suggest gentle content, never used to diagnose or score you, never shared with AI services, and never used for advertising. You can remove them at any time.

Payments

Payments are not active yet. When Premium opens, payments will be processed by Stripe; we will never store your card details.

Who can see it

Your check-ins and journal are private to you. Founders and administrators cannot view them.

Analytics

Usage analytics run only if you agree, and you can change your choice anytime in your account.

Your choices

You can edit your preferences, switch off personalisation, download your data, delete your wellbeing data, or delete your account and all personal data from your account page.
